Processed tomato paste (concentrate) is produced by concentrating the juice or pulp extracted from fresh, ripe, and mature red tomatoes (Lycopersicon/Lycopersicum esculentum).
The tomatoes are strained to remove skins, seeds, and all coarse particles, resulting in a smooth and uniform product. The concentrate has a rich red color, pleasant flavor and aroma, and a thick, homogeneous texture.
It is free from fibers, foreign materials, and any undesirable tastes or odors.
Our products are manufactured in facilities certified under internationally recognized food safety and quality management systems such as BRCGS, HACCP, and GMP.
All products fully comply with HALAL and Kosher requirements.


Physicochemical Characteristics

  • Total Soluble Solids (TSS): 28–30% Brix

  • Consistency “Bostwick”: 3 – 5 cm / 30 sec (12.5% Bx, at 20°C)

  • Color: Not less than 2 (12.5% Bx, at 20°C, BCR a/b)

  • Sieving “Refiner”: 0.8 mm

  • Black Specks: (0/2/3) / 10 g “L/M/S”

  • pH: 4.3 ± 0.2 (at 12.5% Bx, 20°C)

  • Titratable Acidity: 1.8 – 2.5% as acetic acid

Packaging

Aseptically filled in pre-sterilized metallized foil aseptic bags (240 kg ±10 kg), placed inside polyethylene bags in steel drums.
Four drums are placed on heat-treated (HT) wooden pallets.


Storage & Handling

  • Store at ambient temperature away from sunlight and heat.

  • After opening, use immediately or store at –18°C.
